The Doberman Assistance Network (DAN) is a 501c3 organization whose mission is to provide a second chance to Dobermans in urgent need of rescue. DAN’s services include, but are not limited to pulling, vetting, transporting, fostering and placing rescued Dobermans into an approved, loving, dependable, "forever home". To accomplish this mission, DAN works in conjunction with shelters and reputable rescue groups. In the event no rescue is available to assist a Doberman in a critical situation, DAN may undertake the above activities independently. It is our ultimate goal to have a true nation-wide network, with at least one DAN member in every city in America.
